According to Zillow lender marketplace rates, fixed mortgage rates today, Sunday, September 27, 2026, are much higher compared to last week. The current 30-year fixed rate is up 24 basis points to 7.30%, the 15-year fixed rate increased by 7 basis points to 6.71%, and the 5/1 ARM fell 24 basis points to 6.90%.
