Thai singer wins best pop for ‘Dream’ while BTS win for ‘Swim’ at MTV Video Music Awards
At the MTV VMAs held at the Peacock Theater in Los Angeles on the 27th , LISA won the major Best Pop category with "Dream," beating out pop stars such as Ariana Grande and Taylor Swift.
BLACKPINK’s LISA became the first Asian solo artist to win Best Pop at the 2026 MTV VMAs, taking the trophy for “Dream” before performing “SaWaDiKa.”
