Investing.com - Gold prices steadied on Thursday after falling to their lowest level since early August in the previous session, as renewed tensions around the Strait of Hormuz kept inflation risks elevated and reinforced expectations that the Federal Reserve could raise interest rates again this year.
EUR/USD trades little changed during American trading hours on Thursday as a pullback in US Treasury yields tempers the US Dollar’s (USD) momentum. However, France’s fiscal concerns and broader US Dollar strength keep the Euro (EUR) pinned near the 17-month low touched earlier this week.
Gold rebounds from two-month low as softer yields and weaker dollar lift prices, yet range-bound risks persist.
