SPOKANE, Wash. - An autumn storm is set to pass over the region to wrap up the weekend, bringing with it cooler temperatures, breezy conditions and mountain snow.
The remnants of Tropical Cyclone Rachel are moving into the Desert Southwest this weekend, bringing chances for showers and thunderstorms, strong winds and a significant cooldown across Yuma and Imperial Counties.
NCM has advised residents to exercise caution, particularly where visibility deteriorates, and to avoid dangerous areas, especially near the mountains
