Alameda County District Attorney Ursula Jones announced murder charges for the 77-year-old couple accused of fatally shooting their son-in-law Jonathan McKinsey, 40, at a public park in Dublin, California. Both were arraigned in court Wednesday.
An elderly couple accused of fatally shooting their son-in-law at a crowded Dublin park in broad daylight has been charged with murder, though authorities have not released a motive.
