The NYC area is continuing to deal with rain and coastal flood concerns as a powerful nor'easter starts winding down after it thrashed the region over the weekend.
A developing nor'easter will impact the Jersey Shore and Long Island later this week, bringing some rain to the Tri-State area as well.
