The slow-moving storm, which killed a New York City housing authority worker when a tree fell Saturday, was expected to linger through Sunday with heavy rain, strong winds and dangerous surf from New Jersey to New England.
Tens of millions of people are in the path of the storm, which has canceled flights, concerts and sporting events.
A developing nor'easter will impact the Jersey Shore and Long Island later this week, bringing some rain to the Tri-State area as well.
