Noorullah Noori, the Taliban’s Borders, Tribes and Tribal Affairs Minister, warned Pakistan and the group’s armed opponents, saying Islamabad should learn from Afghanistan’s history and that Taliban opponents would be “defeated” if they chose war.
Noori described Taliban opponents as “slaves” but also said the Taliban were capable of negotiation and understanding.
