East Suffolk and North Essex NHS Foundation Trust says it has launched an "urgent" investigation.
A hospital trust has taken 10 members of staff off duty as part of a probe into an unauthorised data breach relating to three-year-old Noah Woods.
Dr Martin Mansfield, of the East Suffolk and North Essex NHS Foundation Trust, said ‘an urgent internal investigation’ had been launched.
