UPDATE: More than 4,500 power outages are being reported midday in New Hampshire. A high surf advisory remains in effect. A coastal flood advisory was extended until early Monday morning.
This early-season Northeast coastal storm will last into Monday with coastal flooding, strong winds and rain from North Carolina to New England.
