Fingers crossed this holds through the week, but Falcons quarterback Michael Penix does expect to play on Sunday vs. the Bears.
Michael Penix Jr. left Sunday's game with a rib injury and was replaced by Tua Tagovailoa in overtime, but he's set to start against Chicago.
Penix was able to practice on Wednesday and told reporters that he is going to be 'good to play' in Week 6, despite dealing with a rib injury that he recently suffered. His presence this week would be great news for Bijan Robinson, Drake London, and Atlanta's entire offense ahead of a matchup against Chicago.
