The Green Bay Packers are a professional American football team based in Green Bay, Wisconsin. The Packers compete in the National Football League (NFL) as a member of the National Football Conference (NFC) North division. They are the third-oldest franchise in the NFL, established in 1919, and are the only non-profit, community-owned major league professional sports team based in the United States. Since 1957, home games have been played at Lambeau Field. They hold the record for the most wins and championships in NFL history.

Matthew Robert LaFleur is an American professional football coach and former player who is the head coach for the Green Bay Packers of the National Football League (NFL). He previously was the offensive coordinator for the Los Angeles Rams and the Tennessee Titans, and has also served as the quarterbacks coach for the Washington Commanders, Notre Dame, and the Atlanta Falcons. Prior to his coaching career, LaFleur was a successful multi-year starting quarterback for Saginaw Valley State University after spending two years as a walk-on wide receiver for Western Michigan University.
