Evaluating -- on a 1-10 scale -- how shocking it would be if Sayin, Moore, CJ Carr, Arch Manning and other top quarterbacks decided to pass on the NFL Draft and remain in college
Julian Sayin delivered the bounce-back performance Ohio State needed, throwing for 367 yards and four touchdowns while completing 27-of-36 passes in a 42-19 win over Illinois
Maybe Ohio State doesn’t need a historically great defense or a dominant running game this season. Maybe it just needs 20 players to be pretty good, because J.J. and Julian are great enough to handle the rest.
