Thailand's flood death toll rises to 23, with more than 2.6 million affected, while at least 81 people have died in India's Uttar Pradesh after days of heavy rain and flooding.
TEHRAN (Tasnim) – More than 100 people have been killed as heavy rains and flooding battered parts of Thailand and India, affecting millions of people, local authorities and media reported on Tuesday.
The death toll from floods triggered by heavy rain in the northern Indian state of Uttar Pradesh rose to 81, the government’s disaster agency said.
