The U.S. has removed all of its bombers from the RAF Fairford base in England, a week after several men were arrested nearby in relation to a suspected terror plot, which the U.K. government believes may be linked to Iran.
A dual British-Iranian national was arrested in London last week on suspicion of plotting a terrorist attack following a security incident at the base.
US President Donald Trump confirmed that a specific security threat prompted the withdrawal of American B-1 bombers from a British air base, suggesting a possible link to Iran.
