Police identified a man taken into custody after a driver struck a pedestrian, who later died, in Severna Park on Saturday night.
Anne Arundel County Police have identified the suspect arrested in connection to a fatal hit-and-run in Saverna Park Saturday as Michael Garner Hilliard, 56.
Charging documents also explain that parts of the suspect's SUV were left at the scene, which helped investigators identify the vehicle as a Land Rover and eventually trace it to its owner, Michael Hilliard.
